Bengals' quarterback Carson hurt his left knee
NFL Carson Palmer has a torn anterior crucial ligament; when he
was tackled on his first pass last Sunday in Cincinnati's NFL
playoff game against Pittsburgh.

the knee, when quarterback hit the ground and stayed down for
several minutes while the medical staff looked at his knee.
The NFL Bengals were forced to go on without quarterback Carson
Palmer, who was the most responsible for their AFC North
championship. Quarterback Carson Palmer led the club-record
